To get the most out of your workout clear your mind of all distractions and focus on fitness. When you're at the gym, it's key to avoid using your cell phone, reading over important paperwork or talking to your coworker on the next bike about tomorrow's big meeting. Not only is it rude to patrons who might be distracted by your jabbering and memo shuffling, it's also negating the stress-relieving benefits of your exercise. Research has revealed that workouts are more revitalizing if you focus on the activity at hand. I totally agree. I find myself very distracted at home and not motivated, but when i go to the gym i have no excuse!!
