Recipe: All American Chicken Sandwich |

A great way to use up leftover roasted or grilled chicken.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
6 oz chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 oz mozarella cheese, grated
4 slices French bread
DIRECTIONS
1. Using oil, sauté onions and peppers
until softened.
2. Add chicken and sauté until
thoroughly heated.
3. Add cheese and continue to heat
until just melted. Top 2 slices of French Bread with chicken mixture and
cover with remaining slices of bread. Enjoy while still hot!
