Have you seen the DietDetective.com poll? I have to admit, I’m not sure how I would vote, but I’m leaning towards giving up the 5 years. Not so much so I could eat cake and cookies all the time (which wouldn’t be so bad), but more because who really knows what our food does to us. |

Here’s how I know it’s the holiday season: I just ate an Oreo brownie for breakfast. And it’s only going to go downhill from here. Then again, I’m sure I’d feel much worse if I were getting paid a few million a year to look good on camera. Because if you think you’re ready to splurge, imagine you’ve spent the past year munching on steamed veggies, coffee, and Zone-sized portions of baked chicken. The stars have a lot of lost feasting to make up for. |
