Walk the Walk: You Know You’re a Robot Walker When…

How people go from a natural stride to downright awkwardness.

Walking is one of the most natural movements for humans. Most of us start walking by the age of 2, keep going for the rest of our lives and never think about it. It just comes naturally to us, and we put one foot in front of the other.

Walk the Walk: Walking Rules
Walking Rules: Yes, even walkers need to learn how to share the path or track.

Although it might seem differently to you at times, not everyone is a walker. If you go out on any path, trail, track, etc., you will also find runners, inline skaters, bicyclists and more.

Walking: Not Just for Women
Walking isn’t just for women and the elderly, but that’s what the media would have you think.

Walking has an image problem with many people. While the benefits of walking are well known (aerobic conditioning, easy on the joints, etc.), many people have considered walking as an activity for those who can't do 'real' sports (you know, it's not a real sport unless you get yourself hurt easily). This is especially true for the gender divide that you see in walkers.
