I’m a freelance health writer and entertainment reporter, so I alternate between stalking the stars and digging up info on diet and fitness trends. Sometimes, I do both—hence this blog. If you’ve been trying to figure out how to squeeze into size 25 jeans or fulfill your destiny as an action hero, this is your place to find out how the celebs did it (and, more importantly, how they DIDN’T do it) no matter what they want you to believe.

Just though this was interesting, considering Eva’s recent confession that she’s been gaining weight during her show’s hiatus. Maybe all those baby-bump rumors got to her, because she’s suddenly looking scary skinny. |

A year or two ago, there was a rumor skinny stars were adding clenbuterol to their usual diet of sashimi, coffee, and cocaine. The buzz came and went—maybe because clen is a drug used to treat asthma in horses, and the side effects in humans range from foul to fatal. In fact, it’s not even approved for horses in the
United States
. So I’m surprised that it’s popping up again. |

I’m overloaded on new-mommy news, and I see no end in sight. But I refuse to blog about Trista Sutter’s post-baby body (she! is! not! famous!) or Salma Hayek’s “weight-loss tactic” of freezing breast milk (not to question the average IQ over at Star, but that’s so the baby can eat later). So instead I’m posting an interesting quote from Kelly Osbourne, who’s pretty much famous for nothing except her weight fluctuations. But then again, that goes for half of
Hollywood
these days. |

When I heard a whisper recently that Eminem had ballooned to over 200 pounds, my first thought was, "Wow, I totally forgot about him." I started thinking back to his glory days, when the headlines were consumed with his daily controversies -- divorce, violence, mommy-hating, misogyny, homophobia, feuding, redemption, a random Oscar win, remarriage, redivorce. And then he disappeared. That was three years ago. |
