How many times have you looked at a food label and thought to yourself,
"What am I really eating? What are all those bizarre substances? Are
they safe?" Well, I looked into some of those multisyllabic words, and
here is what I found: |

The National Restaurant Association estimates that we eat almost six
meals per week outside the home (about 290 meals per year). And many of
those are eaten at "casual dining" restaurants such as T.G.I. Friday's,
Chili's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, Outback, Denny's, Red Lobster and
P.F. Chang's. |

And, yes, you might kind of know what they mean, but not exactly. The
