I always thought of a barbecue as, well, healthy. Cooking your food in the great outdoors over an open flame -- it has such a "back-to-nature" air about it. It just feels as though it's good for you.

I traveled all over the United States last summer with the intention of keeping a detailed record of my trip -- I even purchased a fancy diary. I lugged it all over America, and it's still in its original wrapper.

I was in the health food store yesterday researching a story on "Calorie Bargains," but unfortunately, what I observed were foods that were expensive -- from a calorie perspective, that is.
